1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ozirastays.com or making a booking enquiry through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
These terms apply to direct bookings made through ozirastays.com. Bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) are subject to those platforms' terms.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Ozira Stays and payment of any required deposit or advance.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. We will respond to all enquiries personally and confirm availability before accepting payment.
3. Rates & Payment
All rates displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A security deposit is collected at booking confirmation and refunded after check-out subject to property condition.
Payment terms, accepted methods, and instalment arrangements (if applicable) will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in: 50% of the total nightly charge is refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: Non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For bookings made through Airbnb or other platforms, those platforms' cancellation policies apply.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, complimentary based on availability. Unapproved late check-out beyond 11:00 AM attracts a charge of ₹2,500.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay. Any damage, breakage, or loss will be charged against the security deposit, with notification provided before deduction.
Guests must comply with all house rules as outlined on our Policies page. Violation of house rules — including smoking indoors, hosting unauthorised parties, or exceeding the registered guest count — may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
7. Guest Identification
In accordance with Haryana state regulations, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Accepted documents include Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, and Driving Licence. We reserve the right to decline check-in if valid ID cannot be provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ozira Stays shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, building maintenance, or acts of third parties.
Our liability in any event is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant stay.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on ozirastays.com — including text, photography, design, and branding — is the property of Ozira Stays and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
