Where We Are Going

Ozira Stays is currently a portfolio of five premium short-stay properties in Gurugram, operated by a small, hands-on team. We have an Airbnb Superhost badge, a 5.0 rating across all properties, and a Guest Favourite designation — top 10% on Airbnb.

The next phase is expansion — more properties in Gurugram, then Mumbai, Bangalore, and Goa. That growth needs a team: people who care about spaces, about guests, about doing things properly. If you are one of those people, now is the right time to introduce yourself.

Roles We Will Be Hiring For
Guest Experience Manager

The person who ensures every guest feels taken care of — from the first enquiry to the moment they leave a review. Requires exceptional communication, warmth, and problem-solving.

Responsible for designing and maintaining the aesthetic of new properties as we expand. Should have a portfolio and a strong point of view.

Manages day-to-day property operations — cleaning schedules, maintenance, vendor relationships, quality control. Detail-oriented and reliable.

Owns the Ozira Stays brand online — Instagram, the Journal, guest communications, photography direction. Someone who understands luxury hospitality aesthetics.
